When choosing your inspector, it’s a good idea to understand what qualifications they need to do the job and follow Pennsylvania regulations. It’s also worth mentioning that the business or contractor responsible more installing and maintaining your HVAC and or insulation cannot be the ones who also certify its energy efficiency and ensure everything is up to code.
