Air Barrier & Insulation Checklist
Philadelphia now requires a 3rd party inspection to verify that the building air barrier and insulation has been installed properly and according to the codes. Local Energy Audits routinely perform these types of inspections. We recommend you go through the checklist below and make sure the building meets the requirements.
